Location

The Bay Tree Conference Center is located on the third floor of the Bay Tree Building, accessible by the south entrance via elevator or staircase. The Bay Tree Building is located off of Hagar Drive and Steinhart Way; the south entrance is located closest to the parking lot.

The "Perimeter" campus shuttle and Metro buses drop off and pick up passengers on a regular basis on Hagar Drive.

For those driving, there are several parking options, but please keep in mind that nearby parking is limited; the Bay Tree parking lot is restricted to vehicles with a medical parking permit or by special permission of the Bay Tree Bookstore. If you hold a permit, the Hahn Student Services, the East Field House, and East Remote Parking lots may be good alternatives depending on your permit level.
